Our clients Bantry Bay Seafoods have recently completed the purchase of a substantial shareholding in a Chilean company "Blue Shell SA". Blue Shell SA is now jointly owned by Bantry Bay Seafoods and a Spanish company "Moscato SL". Blue Shell SA is developing a large mussel processing plant and a number of mussel farms in Chiloe Island, Chile.

 

P. J. O'Driscolls acted in negotiating and finalising the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement and the Shareholders Agreements for this transaction in Ireland, Spain and Chile.
