Anne O'Neill
Family Law and Collaboration
M. A. Anne qualified as a Solicitor in 1987.
Having apprenticed in Dublin and San Francisco, she started her working life in Ireland in Donegal. Anne moved to Dublin in 1989 where she remained until she joined P. J. O'Driscolls in 2003. Anne comes to P. J. O'Driscolls with a vast amount of Family Law experience and runs the Family Law department at P. J. O'Driscolls. Anne, in conjunction with a small number of Solicitors in Cork, has helped to spearhead the development of the Collaborative method of practising Family Law in Ireland. This movement has now taken off nationwide. She is Secretary and PRO of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. Anne has been involved in Women’s Aid , International Orphan Aid (Ireland) and she has lectured and tutored at the Law Society and she has sat on a government appointed committee into Domestic Violence. Anne is also Social Secretary with the West Cork Bar and is an officer of the registered charity Paint a Future, Ireland. |
