Joan O’Donovan joined P. J. O’Driscolls in 2002. Prior to that she worked in the Commercial Property Department of A&L Goodbody, Dublin, having qualified as a Solicitor with the firm in 1999. Joan’s area of practice is Commercial Property with special emphasis on commercial leases where she advises both landlords and tenants in negotiating leases of retail, industrial and office space. Joan has also gained much experience in advising on the acquisitions and disposal of development property where she has acted for vendors, purchasers and lenders. |
