Susan joined P. J. O’Driscolls in 2005. She was previously a partner with a major commercial firm in Cork City and worked in the City of London for over 10 years latterly with a “top ten” firm. Susan has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property with a particular emphasis on leasehold. She has acted for local authorities, educational institutions, public and private limited companies and trust funds. She also acted as in-house legal adviser to Sun Life Assurance plc for over a year. Susan has co-ordinated substantial projects in conjunction with other professional advisers and has a wide client base including developers, public limited companies and telecommunications operators. She has contributed to Volume 23 of Butterworths Forms & Precedents – Residential Tenancies. Susan is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. |
